I used the same pattern from the tie down bar plate to mark the holes for the vertical stabilizer. Again, after thinking through every possible problem I could think of... I drilled the holes. Then, temporarily attached the vertical stablizer again.
It needs to come off again for a number of other jobs... but I like the way it looks attached.
