Brief Description: Attach Hinge Bracket

On my quest to finish up some jobs I skipped over, this evening I went back to work on the horizontal stabilizer. First job - Attach the hinge bracket - Drilled holes to size - Bolted bracket to spar - Torqued bolts (One of the reasons I hadn't done this earlier was not having a torque wrench that was calibrated in inch pounds)
