Brief Description: Rudder trailing edge - Hor stab brackets
Cormac helped me with a number of items today. First, I had started squeezing the rivets on the trailing edge of the rudder. There was an every so slight curve in it. We ended up putting rivets through from alternating sides. It ended up great! Also, squeezing them worked well. It is difficult to see which is the rivet shop head. Both sides cames out smooth.
Our biggest challenge of the afternoon was completing the brackets on the horizontal stabilizer. I was only able to squeeze 4 of the rivets. I don't know why we have such a hard time with these particular rivets. I ended up drilling out half of them. But, in the end, they look good. (Thank goodness these are finished.)
