Riveted the rudder counterbalance assembly to the spar and skin. The rudder is basically done now except for a handful of blind rivets and the trailing edge.
I drill and clecoed the trailing edge into an aluminum bar. 4 feet is about 1/2 inch to short. (But a 4 foot bar was a whole lot less than a 6 foot which was the next size.)
