-forward stabilizer mounting bracket clamped onto bulkhead D as per manual instructions (top of bracket 7 3/16” above waterline)-2 straightedges clamped on each side of bracket top-aircraft level checked at wing attachment tubes in cabin, set to 0 degrees-stabilizer bracket set to zero degrees-8 mounting holes drilled into bulkhead D-bracket bolted to bulkhead-bracket re-checked for 0 degrees -stabilizer installed and checked for 0 degrees
