-Cut off all excess materials from the shearweb.-Smoothen all the edges to size.-Marked 1” lines from the edges and bent it at that position to about 5 degrees. -Placed the shearweb between the shells to see how they would fit.-Drilled pilot holes in the shearweb as shown in the template.-Placed it between the shells and up-sixes the holes to 3/16
