This included; explaining drawing orientation, setting the (center) overlap distance for the left and right sides while accounting for appropriate edge distance, positioning of the shear web with respect to the for and aft attach flanges (forward edge under, aft edge bellow), temporarily locking the left and right (overlap) for centering and positioning, verifying appropriate size of cutouts for the rudder horn, and details on how to make the cutouts.Aft Fuse Inspection Hole -reviewed construction details contained in Step 67-laid out a position for the pilot hole 4-3/4” aft of b/h C, along the centerline of the a/c-marked out a 4” dia hole-cut out a 2.5” dia hole with hole saw-made rough cuts to enlarge the hole -finished the hole to final size with a rotary file
