Upper(side), Lower(side), Aft(belly left, center, and right), Top (center) -Removed the three lower and two (upper) side shell attach fittings due to poor curing of the Q-Cell shims-removed old (excess) Q-cell shim material from the 8 fittings and the fuselage attach points by scraping, light sanding, and use of mek-reviewed positioning/drilling/q-cell shimming details (Step 27) for the lower fittings and found that the fittings still required upsizing of the cage tab bolt holes to ¼” diameter (this step is required before shimming with q-cell to achieve proper bolt hole alignment after the shim cures)-reviewed details for shimming the upper (roof) center shell attach fitting, clamped the fittings halves in place, and pilot drilled the for the AN4 bolt hole-upsized the bolt holes in each of the eight fitting halves to 1/4'’ diameter-waxed the surfaces to be shimmed with mold release-mixed small batches of q-cell to proportions as specified in the manual, applied q-celll to mating surfaces of the fittings, and installed each pair with AN4 bolts and clamps as required to maintain proper positioning and bolt hole alignment after curing-clean up
