With the map boxes fabricated, I fit up some aluminum attachment angles for both sides. That run all the way up the sides of the EFIS displays as well. I then fit all parts into place and drilled up rivet holes for the attachment angles. Then I fit up the door and hinge. Had to open up the hole in the panel a little more on the bottom for the door hinge. I then disassembled, deburred, and counter sunk as required. And riveted the doors and hinges in place. As well as the attach angles to the boxes.
