Brief Description: Flaperon mass balance installation.
Layed out eleven hole locations on each mass balance weight. Drilled up #40 pilot holes in mass balances. Located mass balances onto flaperons. Drilled holes into flaperons from the #40 pilot holes. Disassembled and deburred parts. Trimmed excess off aft ends of mass balances and prepared faying surfaces for structural adhesive bonding. Then bonded with Hysol and riveted parts in place on flaperons.
