Trimmed plastic hinge bearings to length and sanded edges smooth. Also sanded edges of tubular shims. Had to remove some powder coating to allow shims to fit onto the control horn. Reamed the hole in the flaperon control horn up to .1875 dia. Assembled parts onto flaperon. Clocked control horns in place. Then drilled up rivet holes. Disassembled all parts and deburred holes. Reassembled parts and riveted together.
