Layed out hole locations on all four lift strut brackets as shown in Fig F-1. Drilled up #30 holes in the steel lift strut brackets using a drill press. Fitted brackets to spar locations marked by Skystar during rigging of wings at factory. Drilled up holes from lift strut brackets into wing spars. Working from the center out. Clecoing each hole as it was drilled.
