Brief Description:  Harness; aileron pushrod boots; elev channel cover

--I didn't have enough AN4 washers for the seatbelt anchors, so I got Grade 8 SAE 1/4" from OSH. Outside diameters greater than AN--oh the weight penalty. Used the two AN washers for spacers on the shoulder harness clevises. Used two SAE washers under the AN4-7 bolt head and nut. With one washer. the thread bottomed out on the grip. Same thing with the lap belts--one washer on the AN4-6 bolts exposed too much grip. I had only bought 10 of the SAE washers, so I needed 4 more. Turns out I had 1/4" Grade 8 fender washers--even more weight penalty. But all the belts are installed (incl the AN5 bolts for the antisub belt), torqued, and marked with yellow lacquer.

--Installed ailerion pushrod boots on the inside of the fuse. Straightforward on the right side. On the left, the AOA line having to come through the edge of the big hole in the rib because there wasn't room in the standard passthru hole meant cutting the ring at an additional spot and slitting the boot material to fit around the AOA line.

--Becuase of cabling coming down the rear flap motor housing c-channel entering the elevator push-rod channel in the baggage area, cut a notch out of the channel cover to clear the cable.
