Extremely difficult to put in the bolts and get the washers inserted where they belong. I used a locking forceps type tool to hold the bolt. I have another one that I used to hold the washers on. I will have to make a slight adjustment to the bottom washers to allow a slight drop to the top swivel point and make things nice and snug. Fits very well though and now I have to figure out how to arrange the work area to fit the horizontal stabilator on next.
