I install both gas caps today. The right side of the fuselage was marked for drilling but it looked like it was too far forward and high. Using a compass I was able to find a point that was central to the mount. The dimensions were 1.95" back and 1.95" down. Looks like the inside of the tank has been sealed. When I go to Oshkosh latter this week I will pick up some Pro Seal. Not really sure at this point on how to clean the tank out.
