5/21/20 2.8 Hours Up drilled pre-drilled holes in middle windows to 11/64" for the A5 aluminum rivets. Cleaned windows then riveted them into place..
5/22/20 1.0 Hours Drilled out the eight A4 corner baggage floor rivets and up drilled to A5 in prep to attaching baggage tie down loops.
2.7 Hours Re-safety wired the oil return banjo bolt on the bottom of engine. Checked tightness of other bolts around engine. Did third engine run. Our goal of 5400 static full throtlle RPM was acheived. Tested the parking brake at 4000 run-up RPM was OK Radio check with ground control was 3 X 5. Increased mike gain from 50 to 75. Put protective sleave on brake lines at landing gear bracket Applied RTV silicone to the thru firewall grommets and fittings and to screws holding GPS and comm antenna.
