5/5/20 2.5 Hours Used tension meter to set rudder and elevator cables. Rudder: 20 lbs. Elevator: 18 low to 35 high. Got three of the four turnbuckles safety wired. Entered weight & balance data into the Dynon. in 5/6/20 3.3 Hours Finished the fourth turnbuckle for the control cables. Torqued the eight exhaust bolts to 133 in-lbs in steps. Removed bolts that hold torque tube bearing to be able to add the flaparons control stops. Did most of the access from the top through the central channel.
5/7/20 2.7 Hours Leroy Dunn of Natrona Avionics certified transponder and received log book sticker. Tightned bolts on flaperon control stops. Clecoed rear center channel cover into place.
