Had to do some snow shoveling to be able to get into the hangar.
1.7 Hours
Removed right OB flaperon. Put right IB flaperon on aircraft. Marked fuselage skin through the hinge pivot hole. Removed flaperon. Pilot drilled then up drilled to 3/16" for pivot. Flaperon back on to check movement with pivor in place. Flaperon back off. Placed skin doubler on olutside and back drilled pilot through skin clecoing as I went. Doubler will be on inside when installed.

Received 12 Camloc -6 studs from ASS.
2.0 Hours
Put the -6 camlocs into the cowl. Four were not long enough, two front on each side and two additional on right side. More ordering. Up drilled the holes for the right flaperon lhing pivot and also drilled the holes for the left pivot.

4.0 Hours
Used my Shop-Smith at home to drill the center of one counter weight to 1/4" X 2.5" deep. Went to hangar to try out. Still a little heavy. Riveted the right hing pivot doubler in place. Picked-up a 7/16" drill bit on way home. Drilled center of all counter weights to 7/16" X2.5" deep.
