1/27/19 2.4 Hours Re-did the plug for the ADAHRS. I didn't have the strain reliefe correct the first time. Coiled the excess ADAHRS cable under the pilot seat area. Made grounding wire for the mag switches. Made slot in firewall 90 deg to back-up throttle slot so rod and instrument panel can be removed without major surgery (would have to drill out only 6 easy-to-get-at rivets).
1/28/19 2.3 Hours Finally decided on a location for the shunt. Drilled a hole in firewall cross member for a 1/4" grommet for AWG 10 to pass from master solinoid to shunt. Drilled a two pilot holes for shunt and clecoed into place. Grimped 1/4" terminal onto short piece of AWG10 wire.
1/29/19 2.9 Hours Drilled hole in firewall below shunt for power and sensor wires. Crimped terminal onto power wire. Uncoiled sensor wires then zip-tied bundle back together. Separated out black ground wires (4) and cut to length. Crimped one terminal onto all frour wires (third try to get it right) and heat shrink. Verified wires and plug pins uning an ohm meter.
