I moved the HS internal ribs to my coffee table to work on them at my leasure in a more comfortable environment. The ribs must be "fluted" to remove the bow in the web section. Also, the flanges must be bent to the match the angle of the skins. Note that this isn't necessarily 90 degrees. In the case of the HS, the angle is 90.75 degrees.
