Brief Description:  Left flap trailing edge

Use the same technique as with aileron to set-up trailing edge for riveting. Drilled out two 8-foot lengths of aluminum angle to match holes in trailing edges to hold skins flat to trailing edge wedge. I did this using a rivet spacing fan and not the skins as guides. Put proseal on the trailing edge wedge, inserted wedge in between trailing edges of skins and cleco in place with angles. After five or six days I took out the clecos and found that I had push the train edge back when placing the cleco and failed to cleco it in place. As a result I had to pull the assembly apart, clean all surfaces removing the proseal, re-prosealed and let cure before riveting trailing edge. – Estimated time – 4 hours.
