Decided to follow instructions and use riveted platenut attachment holes as guides for counter sinking the #8 screw holes using a #30 counter sink cutter rather than using a #19 counter sink cutter with a guide clamped to the spar flange. Counter sunk plate nut attachment holes for tank on both spars in preparation for riveting plate nuts to spar.
