Brief Description: Rivet nose ribs to right HS skin
After some practice setting flush rivets with the Taylor 3x gun using some practice material I set up ,I took the first big step and successfully riveted the nose ribs in place - no major rivet errors. (I (set up to pairs of .061 and .016 sheets about 20 by 4 inches with 80 counter sunk #40 holes for practice. Comes in handy when bringing new helpers on line.) Started attaching the various ribs to the forward spar. Discovered that this calls for 4-4 universal rivets. Apparently I did not receive any with the kit so I am cutting the 4-5 rivets to size. My wife was thankful to have her son visiting to relieve her of back riveting duties.
