Brief Description:  Counter sink spars; fitting skeleton to skin

Counter sunk spars and then assembled left HS. There was a hole that I needed to match drill and I wanted to see how everyting fit after dimpling and counter sinking. Very educational excersice. First the center nose rib and main rib did not sit flush with the skin. It appeared that the dimples would not line up. I re-dimpled the ribs. That did not help. I reemed out the dimples on the ribs with my deburring tool. That helps some. I tried this about three or for times essentially spending all afternoon fitting and refitting the ribs and did not solve the problem. I moved on and fit the aft spar. The skin would not fit fush to it either. I let it be and trie to fit some rivets and found that not all fit well. I ended up testing every hole re-drilling some and frequently used my deburring tool to reem out the dimples slightly to get a flush set for the rivets.
