I had to make the cover plates for the fuel tanks that provided fuel pickup and ventillation ports. The cover plate also had to allow for mounting to the wint root rib to prevent it from moving in flight. Each of these took 4 hours to cut on the CNC from 3/8" stock. There is a Buna-N o-ring on the inside of the cover. The vent hole will have NPT threads for a 1/8 line for tank ventillation. A whole day to make these 2 parts! Next up is designing the fuel doors for the wings followed by test fitting the wings and finishing the plumbing.
