3 separate projects are listed here. The instrument panel involved a lot of wiring and crimping. An additional hole had to be drilled in the left wing root rib and fuselage to accomodate the digital magnetometer, which is installed in the left wing tip. I also installed original magnetometer after I repainted it. On the instrument panel is the master switch, to the right of the master is the ECU switch. Other switches include position lights, strobe lights, landing light and transfer pump. There is a 20A breaker, intercom speaker and switch, engine monitor and nav knob, the radio, and the Grand Rapids Technologt Mini-X EFIS. All of the wiring and installation of the instrument panel was about 18 hours. The engine accessories metal plate took about 2 hours to make and 3 hours to mount everything on the plate and an hour to get it in the glider. Teflon paste was used for all the fitting. The accessories include: ECU, 3 solenoids, fuel pump, transfer pump, ground terminal block, fuel flow sensor, 12V relay, and plumbing. The throttle is a Jetbeetle product, this prototype was 3d printed, a final (black) version goes in later.
