I added a bulkhead connector to the left side of the fuselage to make charging the battery more convenient. I also mounted the radio antenna. I purchased this 10W LED light (900 lumens) with a 10 degree lense to serve as the landing light. It illuminates an area from 300 feet away well enough to read runway numbers. I think it will get mounted in the wing. I don't plan on too much night flying, so it's low priorty right now. The instrument panel has 3 switches for strobe, nav, and landing light.
I also spend 3 hours evaluating and balancing the 8Ah LIPO battery. I want to make sure the individual cells charge and discharge at a similar rate, otherwise the battery will get exchanged. I finally have the cells balanced and now I need to perform several charge and discharge cycles.
