With the exception of the alignment of PF-622 being 0.040" off, things are going smoothly. I had to redrill the rivet holes for PF-622 so I could shift it in so it sits flush with the rest of the frame. The larger holes required 470AD rivets, now it is flush. This consumed about 90 minutes for these 3 rivets. I have realized that scrubing the parts with wet scotchbrite and soap to remove the oxide and oils will consume many hours, but this way the primer will have a fighting chance to etch and adhere to the surface of the metal.
