I folded and unfolded the wings twice today. There was a clearance issue with the aileron connector paddles and the inboard wing ribs, and the wing skin was too tight against the side skin in a couple of places, requiring a minor application of the Dremel tool. One of the aileron connector bolts was exchanged for a shorter version to improve clearance. These operations were performed with relative ease due to the access provided with the wings folded.
The fuel lines between the wings and fuselage were assembled, the tank vents were installed, the Pitot tube was installed, and the “No Step” graphic was added to the left flap.
