I cut-out both tail rotor pitch actuator arms from supplied aluminum plate using the templates as a guide for cutting and shaping the arms. After cutting the parts with a band saw, I used 2 belt sanders and a drum sander to smooth the edges before I bead blasted the parts to give them their final cleanup.
