Jackie edge-finished all the skeleton components while I deburred and dimpled all the holes on one side of the skin, fitted the nut plates to the trim access panel hatch, and deburred and dimple the counterbalance skin. All took rather much longer than we expected. Tomorrow we need to do the top surface of the skin, dimple all the other parts, and then the tricky bit: bending the tabs where the trim tab fits. Today I also bought more primer, some fibreglass supplies and my edge-forming tool from Cleaveland Tools turned up - looking forward to trying that one out.
