Three hours and I got one HS-609PP reinforcing spar done! Yep, this might take a while. I guess tomorrow night I'll do the other one.Haven't yet decided whether to make a jig for assembling the empennage. The plans & instructions do not call for one, but the Orndorff DVDs show one being used and it looks like it may make assembly and rivetting easier.
