Disassemble DJM throttle quadrant from bracket. Drill for rear seat throttle pushrod. Re-assemble. Find friction lock lever blocked by bolt heads holding assembly together. Make 3/16" spacer from aluminium tube. Re-assemble. Amazing how long this kind of crap takes! Plan for tomorrow night is to completely assemble the front and rear seat throttle levers so I can check movement, clearances and the rear seat throttle cover I made.
