Match drilled the flange that attaches the top skin (not shown in pictures). Cut a big 2.75" holes for the SteinAir eyeball vent using a fly cutter in the drill press. Countersunk all the #40 holes for flush rivets. Match drilled #19 the holes for the #8 screws and cleco'd the whole thing into the fuselage with the vent fitted. Have yet to edge finish and deburr everything then primer the parts (except the instrument panel itself, of course).
