...attachment of the horizontal stabilizer. Firstly, I levelled the fuselage laterally across the center section and then longitudinally along the (now riveted!) aft deck. This was so easy I figured I must have it wrong, so I went and got Jackie and asked her to read the instructions and level the fuselage for me. "Its already level" she told me ten minutes later after running the same checks I had. Good enough for me! We then marked a center line along the aft deck so we could easily center the horizontal stabilizer on the fuselage. Next we clamped it in position and then checked it was central and level from side to side. Tomorrow night I'll re-check it for the same and also to make sure it is square to the fuselage, etc, etc by running some more measurements from the tips to the fuselage and when I'm happy, and Jackie has double-checked it for me, *then* I'll consider drilling. It's really exciting this though :-)
