Brief Description:  Seat ramp, console, cable anchor

Trial assembled the seat ramp components. Found the slot for the front seat crotch belt was too narrow and not wide enough so had to open that out by about 1/16" all round. This is due to the wide seat belt attach brackets that accomodate the Hooker harnesses. Drilled, deburred, edge-finished and countersuck the seat ramp components as appropriate. Fitted, drilled removed and deburred the right-hand console. Drilled the F-804N bulkhead cap for nutplates and machine countersunk for the nutplate rivets. Cut out the F-864-E cable anchor from angle stock; no minor task armed only with a hacksaw and a scotchbrite wheel :-) I have yet to drill the holes. Prepped the aileron boot reinforcing rings and the mid cabin covers for priming along with all the other parts. I'm hoping we can get these parts all ready for a priming session on Friday evening after work as I shall be skydiving at the weekend (again; will this plane ever get built?!)
