Brief Description:  Rivet fwd bottom skins

The proseal arrived from Vans today so I was able to do a little bit more on the RV. Unfortunately, Jackie is studying for an exam tomorrow and a report/presentation at the weekend so he assistance is not available until next week, so I couldn't get very far.

First up, I mixed some proseal and blobbed in between the aft end of the F-856 ribs and the row of #30 rivets that hold the F-850 to the F-822 floor and center section. I cleco'd the F-850 in place but I had already determined there was no way I was going to be able to buck the end three rivets on the ribs: MK-319-BS blind rivets went in there. I had a couple of attempts bucking that fourth rivet but it wasn't going well so I put a blind one in there too. I later decided it was because I had too many layers of tape over the flush set and the tape was giving too much, allowing the head of the rivets to dome. Nonetheless, the blind rivets are staying in there. I then riveted the F-850 to the F-802L aft crossmember. Vans calls for AN426AD3-3.5 rivets here, but I decided they were too short and have used -4's instead. That was pretty much as far as I could get, because I need Jackie to help with the center section and the side skin #30 rivets.

It was also then that I noticed the little hole on each side of the F-850 bottom skin and realised I had forgotton to open it out to get access to the bolt that attaches the U-80x wear plate. Doh! Same on the F-851 skins too, but at least I haven't riveted those ones yet. I'll have to open these holes out before we rivet so I can gain access to the inside of the skin (hopefully) and deburr.
