This stuff is causing me a headache! I made a new bracket from .060 this afternoon, but when I tried to bend the flanges it simply broke. Hmmm. Back to .040 then. Another bracket made, but without the Andair fitted yet. I'm still not altogether happy with it and may yet make another one. I'm going to browse around the VansAirforce forums and see if I can find out what other guys have been doing. I think I will also need to order some more pipe fittings so I can keep my options open when running the pipes. Yep, this could take a while...
