Countersunk the #40 holes in the F-857C seatbelt angles, the aft lower and aft mid-longerons. Actually, I had to re-fit the F-857C angles since they hadn't been drilled along with the skins when the fuselage was clecod together. Wasn't sure how I missed them so checked back in the instructions but couldn't find specific mention of them. Ah well. No problem - I simply cleco'd the lower longeron in place on the skin, re-assembled the seatbelt bracket assembly and then match drilled before I countersunk. Took a little extra time, but at least I can be reasonably confident things will line up. Countersinking those long, bendy, flexible longerons was a pain in the butt until I hit on the somewhat wacky idea of clamping them to the bench every 18 inches or so. I know, I know... :-|
