Brief Description:  Seat rib sub-assembly - rivetting

Earlier in the day I decided to make a start on rivetting the seat rib sub-assembly since we'd be needing it soon for building the fuselage mid-section, and I hadn't been able to get any rivetting help so far.

I put the assembly up onto the bench and did as many rivets as I could comfortably reach. Unfortunately that wasn't many since I cannot reach to far and still get good force with my wrist bent over. Too many high-speed 'landings' from motorcycle accidents, rock climbing and skydiving have taken their toll on most parts of my body, including my wrists which have very little strength these days!

Fortunately, Jackie did eventually come home from shopping and I enlisted her help in setting the last 30 or 40 or so rivets. So, job done, finally, and the next thing to move on to is edge-finishing and then rolling the mid-sections F-823 side skins. Oh joy! Earlier on in the day I had taken the circular saw to a piece of 4x2 to bevel one edge at 45 deg as instructed in the plans, so tomorrow we'll tackle that (if I don't go skydiving, since I was weather held today).
