Installed the aileron but noted that the outboard hinge bracket alignment isn't that good. Aileron seems to swing freely enough though. Clamped the aileron in the correct neutral position using the same wing tip template I made for the right wing. Then used the supplied template to set the aileron pushrod & bellcrank into the correct neutral position. I think an email to Vans about that outboard bracket is in order here, just in case (though God only knows what on earth I could do about it).
