Brief Description:  Right flap installation

Fedex delivered the burraway from Wicks Aircraft just over an hour ago, and now the right flap is fitted and the right wing finally complete. When Jackie comes home tonight I'll have her help me lift it into the wing stand and we'll get the left wing out and start that. I used a piece of wood to slightly bend the flap brace away from the wing skin while I ran the burraway tool through. I had previously practiced on some scrap and noted that if I set the pressure to do a good job topside then the burraway cut far too deep on the underside of the hole. I had it set to it did a better job deburring the underside of the holes properly without going too deep, but the top side wasn't touched much. This was ideal, since I could always run the hand deburr tool over the top, which I did. I then used the wood lever to allow me to dimple the holes with the Avery vise grip dimpler: my wrist hurts now! Still, job done, hinge cleco'd in place and I went and got the AN426AD3-4 rivets as called out on the plans. Even before squeezing one I decided it was too short. I grabbed the -4.5s instead and these looked better and set perfectly. I used those. Everything now rivetted, offer up the flap and slip the hinge pin in place. Job complete!
