Blind riveted the spar to the ribs with LP4's, except the two end ribs that get AD470D4s. The two rivets nearest the angle are so close to the angle (the two that are hidden in the first photo!) that it wasn't possible to drive them without marring the angle surface slightly. On the next flap I'll move those holes outward just a little if I can. Not much I could do about it on this flap though. The near corner of the bracket is also pushing the end hinge eye down and out of alignment. Didn't notice that during fabrication so I'll have to simply cut that end eye off and make do. No biggie, but a little annoying. Again, something I can look out for on the right flap. With the spar all riveted to the ribs (actually, I missed the outboard rib but only just realised!), tomorrow night I'll rivet the skin/spar rivets, and then this flap is done. Yay! :-)
