Jackie and I made a start on riveting the top wings skins. I like to 100% cleco when riveting, and it took us almost half an hour just to put all the cleco's in (and I'm 18 cleco's short!). We got one rib done and along the main spar both ways to the next rib, but then we stopped. Partly because my knee has gone again (must be a 'Sunday' thing!!), and partly because we have to go out later. We're going over to Raglan to see my Nan, and stopping in at Te Kowhai airfield on the way to speak to the owner, Max Clear (him of Bantam B22 micolight fame [MicroAviation]). We want the skinny on hangerage: we're just wondering whether it would be cost effective to erect our own hanger on the airfield...
