Brief Description:  Right wing - top skin & W-423 joint plate

That took longer than expected ! :-) Of course, I did make one small snfu that kept me busy for 15 minutes or so ---> I wanted to leave the bottom skins in place to keep everything aligned properly while I fitted the top skins (with the wing walk doubler which I had trimmed to size). I have enough cleco's so good idea, right? Almost!! The access panels I had match drilled and cleco'd in place without the top skins. The holes that go through the spar I used 1/8" cleco's from the *inside*. Having got the top skin I found that a) I couldn't now remove the access panels, and b) I needed to get into the inside to back-drill the inboard leading edge rib through the spar : DOH !!! So I removed some of the clco's from the bottom skin, peeled it back (like when riveting it on later) and drilled the leading edge rib and removed the inside cleco's holding the access panels in place. It was a little awkward but not too bad. The hardest thing was getting the cleco pliers onto the cleco's blind and barely having sufficient strength left to operate them using my left (weak) hand at a funny angle!! I had to chuckle at getting myself into that predicament, but having moved over 400 cleco's from the bottom skins to the top skins I wanted to do as little cleco removal as possible :-)After that little task I marked, positioned and drilled the W-423 joint plate and the inboard leading edge rib. As with the left wing, the W-423 joint plate was a bit of an arse to get in there and positioned just right with the rib. A bit of working it and it all came good and then I drilled and cleco'd every hole as I went. The next jobs will be to match drill the top skins and leading edge, and then start looking at fitting the tank.
