I hate deburring!! Takes sooooo loooong! :-) Deburred the rear spar, reinforcement fork and doubler (tripler?) plate and then cleco'd all three together. Haven't drilled them yet. I also have yet to deburr the doublers where the aileron hinge brackets go. That's a tomorrow night job. Jackie also edge finished another one or two ribs; not sure exactly. AND, we hit exactly 400 'man-hours' on the construction log with this evening's effort. Not sure how much of a milestone that will be in the grand scheme of things, but considering we work only evenings and weekends it represents a considerable time investment already; and we've only just started the second wing!! (remember, we log 'man-hours' effort, rather than elapsed time; I couldn't tell you what the elapsed time was/is).
