Drilled canopy frame and roller assemblies to Ø4.9 and then reamed to Ø5mm. Quick-release pins now fit just snug. There's a little bit of movement fwd/aft in the left roller assy which I may need to shim for, or get a new spacer made up (I'll probably shim it). Also, the welds for the latch prevent the pin (and possible future nut/bolt combo) from seating exactly flat. I have a plan to sort that out with some careful re-shaping. At this stage though, it is just about ready for blast and re-paint.
