Deburred all the holes in the r/h HS-801PP skin. I enlisted Jackie's help to dimple all the inboard holes using the Avery C-frame dimpler. It was still tricky and how I thought I could do it single handed I don't know. The holes nearest the bend are a right b**ch! I then tried the Avery hand squeezer on the outside holes that I could get to, but after just five or so dimples I decided my hands and arms would be knackered by the time I was done. I fired up the compressor and swapped to the Avery pneumatic squeezer; ahhh, much easier!! Finally, I deburred all the edges. This skin is now ready to be cleaned up and primed. I ordered a new l/h skin from Vans today and that will probably take a week to 10 days to arrive. I have decided tomorrow I will deburr and dimple all the r/h side parts and then the next day, weather permitting when I get home from work, I'll have a go at cleaning and priming. Maybe.
