Left flap installed. As before I used lots of C-clamps and took lots of measurements to get the hinge drilled in the right place. It was pretty much right on the 3/8" line I had marked on the hinge (as shown in the plans). Nonetheless, unlike the right flap, when I had completed the drilling and re-fitted the flap I found it was just a shade out of alignment. It's parallel enough, but sits not quite 1/16" aft of the aileron. You can barely notice it, but *I'll* notice it... :-(
