Had a bit of extra time this evening so went out and rivetted the bottom tab of the main ribs to the main spar where the tank skin doesn't pick up the rivet. I had already done the top side. Then carried on and finished rivetting on the leading edge: I had already done the leading edge ribs, so it was just the skin rivets needed doing. Earlier today whilst priming I had 'touched up' the areas where the offset rivet set had scuffed the main ribs during rivetting of the leading edge ribs. Its nice not to see dozens of clecos holding the leading edge in place! Having the workshop next door in the garage is real handy: when I get a few minutes spare, or get bored, or whatever, then I can pop next door and pound some rivets or something: its kinda theraputic too sometimes...
